Meditative and Sound Healing Therapy
The meaningful 5-day meditative and sound healing program was conducted between August 21st and 25th, 2023, at WHR-Chhahari. This therapeutic session aimed to induce a state of relaxation and equilibrium within our bodies using calming sound vibrations. The participants were from all 7 provinces. The pickle making training was supported by ward number 11 of Biratnagar Municipality and Biratnagar Municipality provided financial assistance for production and distribution of duna tapari, dhoop batti and many more products.
