Women for Human Rights, single women group conducted “Women Safety Audit” (WSA) workshop in collaboration with UN Women on October 8th, 2015 at Chhahari premises. The workshop focused upon preventive and curative measures of women safety in Nepalese society. The workshop included sessions from governmental officials and various women group activists.
The WSA was formed on 1980 in Toronto, Canada and has been replicated in several other cities all over the world. In Nepalese context, 5 municipalities has been chosen for the pilot project.
