It was an honor to host students from the National University of Singapore at WHR. During their visit, they engaged in a comprehensive learning experience about our organization’s mission and initiatives. The students were introduced to the various programs WHR runs to support single women, including empowerment workshops, advocacy campaigns, and community development projects.
The discussions highlighted the critical importance of WHR’s work in advocating for the rights of single women, influencing policy changes, and providing a support network to enhance their quality of life. The visit culminated in a Q&A session where the students asked insightful questions, deepening their understanding of the complex social issues in Nepal and the impactful efforts of WHR in addressing them.
