In a significant stride towards promoting decent work for invisible workers in South Asia, the International Labour Organization (ILO) organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) Workshop on the GET Ahead Gender and Entrepreneurship Programme. This initiative was tailored for leaders of membership-based organizations (MBOs) working with home-based workers in Nepal.
Following these dedicated efforts, Ms. Sabita Maharjan, a central board member, and Ms. Gyanu Tiwari, a staff member of WHR, have successfully earned their certification as trainers in the Gender-sensitive business management program known as Gender and Entrepreneurship Together (GET Ahead), bestowed by the International Labour Organization.
