On December 21, a policy-level dialogue took place at WHR headquarters on the transitional justice process with parliamentarians, policymakers, victims, and experts. The dialogue included:
-discussion on the position paper developed by National Human Rights Commission of Nepal – NHRC, Nepal, highlighting the 12 points of suggestions
-analysis of roles and responsibilities of the constitutional bodies or parliamentarians
-compiling the feedback to formulate victim-friendly policies.
