At an intergenerational dialogue on Nepal’s Transitional Justice and Current Situation organized by Women for Human Rights Surkhet and INSEC Karnali Province, conflict victims and their families shared powerful testimonies of loss, resilience, and the ongoing struggle for truth and justice.
More than two decades after the armed conflict, many families continue to search for answers about their disappeared loved ones. As the first generation of victims ages, the next generation is stepping forward to carry the struggle for justice, truth, reparation, and dignity.
WHR remains committed to amplifying the voices of conflict-affected women, single women, and families, and advocating for a victim-centered transitional justice process that leaves no one behind.
