Rita Rijal, who is currently 34 years old, is the mother of four children—three sons and one daughter. She
got married at the age of 17. Unfortunately, her marital life was marred by her husband's persistent anger,
violence, and domestic conflicts, leading to their separation. Facing financial struggles, she couldn't even
afford to attend court hearings.
Living alone with her children and grappling with economic hardships, Rita expressed gratitude for the
assistance she received. The support from the Human Rights for Single Women Group and Kurve Wustrow
was particularly meaningful. Even a modest amount of support has had a significant impact, providing
much-needed relief in her challenging circumstances.
