The inauguration of the Peace Memorial and Surkhet Gallery was organized by the Single Women Group of Women for Human Rights (WHR) Surkhet, with the chief guest, Honorable Minister of the Ministry of Social Development, Ghanshyam Bhandari, and the special guest, Honorable Member of the National Human Rights Commission, Dr. Lily Thapa.
