In WHR Rupandehi District Butwal Sub (Metropolitan Municipality Ward No. 1 and 5), a 9-member committee has been established with Aruna Shrestha and Sushil Shrestha as co-chairs. This initiative was successfully carried out with the support and hospitality of the local government and ward president.
