Women for Human Rights, single women group (WHR) and Prerana, with the technical support from OXFAM conducted a “National Consultation on Issue of citizenship and legal provisions of women” on 6th December, 2016. The conference featured the presentations and information-sharing on Legal hurdles/challenges faced by women of Nepal (with focus on female headed household, rural women and earthquake survivors) as well as urban women & urban difficulties in post-earthquake situation.
