Lakhan Das, Minister for Youth, Sports and Social Welfare; Special Guest Hon. Rupa Yadav, Chair of the Women, Children and Social Justice Committee; WHR Founder Dr. Lily Thapa; WHR Central Chairperson Shobha B.C.; Saptari District Founding President and Former Central Vice-President Bimala Parajuli; and WHR Board Member and Madhesh Province President Anita Devkota. The event served as an important platform for discussions on the human rights situation, access to justice, and the empowerment of single, marginalized, and conflict-affected women.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Representatives from the Provincial Government, local governments, the National Human Rights Commission, civil society organizations, media, and other stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to promoting and protecting the rights of these women.
