Saraswati Khadka, State Minister for Social Development. Special guests included Hon. Dharmaraj Pathak, Hon. Khema Bista, Hon. Nir Bahadur Sunar from the Policy and Planning Commission, Ms. Baijanti Giri\/Singh, Provincial Head of UNDP, Ms. Goma Acharya, President of FAYA Nepal, representatives from social organizations, and journalists.
