The three day International Conference on Widowhood was organized at Radisson Hotel located at Lazimpat in Kathmandu, Nepal. The chief guest during the inauguration session was Honorable Vice President His Excellency Parmananda Jha.
The formal inauguration was followed by the welcome speech by Lily Thapa, Founder President of WHR.
